Ron Maus MWL_edited.jpg

Ron Maus

Ron first testified in 1986 in a commercial matter relating to about $50,000 of alleged lost profits of a print shop idled due to a fire in adjacent premises. The scope of damages in the matters that he has been involved with has increased substantially over the years, with Ron testifying to the largest jury award in the history of the State of Washington in 2012, an award on behalf of King County in excess of $150,000,000. Ron is very proud that the vast majority of client matters in which he is engaged are often able to effect resolution through mediation or negotiation long before he is asked to testify. Over the last 28 years, he has testified an average of only 2 – 3 times per year.  Ron graduated from the University of Washington in 1979 and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.

Bob Wagner

Bob has been providing financial and expert services for more than 26 years. He has been involved in projects of national, regional, and local visibility. He has conducted numerous investigations of alleged financial and accounting irregularities, fraud, and criminality, as well as been involved in hundreds of economic damages claims. Prior to becoming a consultant in this area, he was employed as a Controller of a local banking institution and a real estate development and management firm. He graduated with honors from Seattle University in 1983. Bob has testified in state and federal courts and in private arbitration matters on the topics of lost profits and other types of commercial damages, corporate alter-ego, and accounting issues.  Bob is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Washington.
