Real Estate Valuation and Disputes

 

MWL personnel have been involved in numerous matters involving commercial real estate-related disputes.  In one case we were engaged to determine the net equity value of a business in which the gross value of commercial real estate assets exceeded $500 million. 

 

In another matter, we provided expert witness services in connection with the alleged diminution of value of a large multi-family project arising from alleged design errors.  MWL has also provided expert witness services in landlord-tenant disputes to quantify potential economic damages. 

 

In another matter, MWL personnel provided expert consulting services in connection with a multi-billion real estate portfolio in which it was alleged that the portfolio manager engaged in valuation fraud and mismanagement.
